PETA's 'celebrity endorsement' video is not helping. Watch the top video on that page. All these 'cool' bands like Scary Kids Scaring Kids and Thursday, as well as the Street Drum Corps, which may include the most stupid individuals on the planet, manage to set back the whole idea of animal welfare through their inane, misinformed arrogant posturing.
Todays average person, like myself, although unfortunately kept in the dark, is not completely without the ability to take in and analyze facts. "Fuck you KFC" is not gonna cut it anymore. Especially not from some teeny pop pretentious conglomeration of the eyeliner brigade. Give us some credit, please.

Also, starting an argument with "If you knew the amount of chemicals", well I don't, so tell me. Oh wait, you don't know either, so you can't. Great. So I should just take your word for it?

My personal favorite is the guy from Hawthorne Heights (I believe) who is so obviously reading the script of a cue card it's painful.

The ironic thing, is that both Jenna Jameson and Pamela Andersons videos are far more convincing than the so-called 'political' or 'social-conscious' bands of today.
